I had a lovely stay at Sunnyside in St Ives. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many attractions. The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The shower room was a good size and everything was well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like difficulty with parking and uncomfortable settees, overall it was a cozy and enjoyable experience. Dave, the landlord, was friendly and easy to communicate with. Despite some issues with the TV and WiFi, I still had a pleasant stay and would recommend Sunnyside - Back Road East in St Ives to others.

Great location, close to the harbor and beaches, perfect for a romantic escape. We loved being able to check in earlier than expected.
The TV and WiFi were not working, which was a bit disappointing. We also encountered some cleanliness issues, with previous guests' hair in the bed and a used wet towel left behind the bathroom door.

Parking was a bit tricky, but it's to be expected in St Ives.
